  • Drafted, negotiated, and managed a wide range of commercial agreements, including master service agreements, software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, reseller agreements, non-disclosure agreements, settlement agreements, terms of both supply and purchase, collateral warranties, performance bonds, letters of intent, and novation agreements.

  • Advised on commercial matters of varying size and complexity, including supply, distribution, and service agreements; joint ventures; procurement frameworks; and cross-border commercial contracts.

  • Acted for a major international client, one of the world’s largest independent providers of electrical power distribution and protection equipment, by drafting standard terms and conditions of sale and purchase, preparing tender documentation and master purchase agreements, negotiating confidentiality agreements with leading global social media organisations, and drafting and negotiating professional services agreements for data centre projects worldwide.

  • Prepared and advised on contractual documentation for both domestic and international projects, utilising standard forms such as JCT, NEC, FIDIC, and PWC.

  • Led and supported dispute resolution processes, including adjudications, mediations, and litigation relating to extensions of time, loss and expense claims, and technical payment disputes.

  • Conducted detailed legal research in support of both client instructions and internal firm initiatives.

  • Advised and represented clients in commercial litigation, contributing to effective dispute management and resolution strategies.

  • Delivered and facilitated client workshops and training sessions, focusing on liability, risk management, delay, and other key commercial considerations in contract drafting and administration.
