Caldwell Ritchie Berry host SCL Ireland Event

Caldwell Ritchie Berry were delighted to host an event organised by the Society of Construction Law - Ireland.

This event provided a timely focus on recent High Court judgments in Ireland regarding adjudication enforcement proceedings under the Construction Contracts Act 2013, including the landmark January 2026 Tenderbids judgment on “smash and grab” adjudications. 

The event itself took place on Thursday 26th February 2026 in our offices at 2 Dublin Landings, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1.
